Carbon strategy:

• for ETS sectors: integration of CO₂ commodity into new projects evaluation and in the budgeting and planning cycle, according to the new rules in the ETS after 2012;
• for non ETS sectors: identification of a strategy, implementation and communication of Corporate Social Responsibility projects finalized to the emissions reductions; Carbon Footprint service and a cost effective Reduction Plan in order to improve Corporate performances of the Clients; support in the communication process to stakeholders.

Renewable sources: support to organization and negotiation of M&A operations and development of green fields renewable projects, in Italy and abroad.

Energy Efficiency: analysis of possible energy efficiency projects to be realized on the Client’s sites.

Institutional and Regulatory Affairs: analysis of the National and International energy legislative framework, with a focus on Carbon, Renewable Sources and Energy Efficiency; support to Clients in the creation of a dedicated desk; lobby strategies and procedures; lobby and network activities among principal Industrial Association and Institutions; support to the communication.
